🧮 For Finance Professionals
Merge invoices, archive reports, extract data from statements — all processed locally. Account numbers and financial data never uploaded.
Financial documents contain data that has strict handling requirements:
PDFree processes everything locally in your browser. No file is ever uploaded — not to our servers, not to any third-party. The processing happens in your browser's memory and disappears when you close the tab.
Combine 50–100 monthly invoices into a single year-end archive, then compress it for email or storage.
Convert a scanned or digital bank statement into editable Word format to extract transaction data for reports.
Split a combined payslip PDF into individual documents, or extract specific pages for each employee.
With PDFree, yes. No file is transmitted to any server. Account numbers, tax IDs, and financial figures stay in your browser's memory and are cleared when you close the tab. Most other free PDF tools upload your document — check their privacy policy before processing financial data with them.
Yes. PDFree has no file count limit and no file size cap. Drop all invoices at once — 10, 50, or 100 — arrange them in order, and click Merge. The only practical limit is your device's available RAM. A modern computer handles 100 invoices totalling several hundred megabytes without issues.
Yes. Once the page has loaded at least once, PDFree functions as a Progressive Web App and works fully offline. This is useful for processing sensitive financial documents on a device not connected to the internet.
All tools. No upload. No account.
Financial data stays on your device.
